SCSC is proud to announce the appointment of Julius Salud as VP of Marketing and Corporate Strategy, Peter Solaski as CTO & Chief Architect, and James Alterbaum to our Board of Advisors.
Julius Salud - VP of Marketing and Corporate Strategy
Mr. Julius Salud has had an outstanding International career as an innovator in Corporate Strategy and Planning for over 20 years as well as product marketing and support on a worldwide basis. He has extensive experience in International Operations and Administration, Process Simplification, Management in large organizations and managing Multicultural Diversity. He is multilingual, speaking English, Spanish and Tagalog. Julius has a Master's Degree from Pepperdine University where he is also the Presidential/Key Executive of the MBA Program for Senior Managers. Julius’s skills include international operations, finance, and marketing in high technology companies (HP and Sun) as well as in the biotech industry (Chiron). He has led major reorganization projects for Sun, saving millions of dollars while improving performance. Julius has setup and managed major call centers in the US with more than 200 people under his responsibility. He was a member of a small team of senior directors who designed, developed and launched worldwide sales of Chiron's Blood Testing products in record time. More recently, Julius launched eBloodBank.com in six languages to become a dominant portal in that industry. >>> More
Peter Solaski – CTO & Chief Architect
Mr. Peter Solaski has over 25 years experience in information technology. Most recently he was SVP of Fixed Income Databases for Reuters America Inc. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He has executive management training from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business. He is also a member of the ACM. Mr. Solaski was responsible for the leadership, teambuilding, product development and strategic guidance for a number of key product areas for Reuters. In the areas of Fixed Income Trading, Retail Equities and Reuters New Media he drove architectural vision and technology innovation for new products. Mr. Solaski provided the supportive environment to enable the successful introduction of XML/XSL, ActiveX and Content Syndication technologies in these product areas. He provided the long term technology vision and direction required to achieve the resulting major successes. >>> More
James Alterbaum – Board of Advisors
James Alterbaum, a Partner at Moses & Singer, LLP has over 30 years' experience in corporate, securities, commercial and computer law. Mr. Alterbaum has a background in accounting and finance and takes a business and entrepreneurial approach to the law, serving public, private, and corporate clients in diversified fields – including a number of regional accounting firms.
Mr. Alterbaum graduated from Yale University (J.D., 1977) and the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School (B.S. summa cum laude, 1974). He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1978 and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit. His professional affiliations include the Long Island Capital Alliance and the Institute of Management Accountants.

Eagle provides a comprehensive means of connectivity and can be easily customized to satisfy special projects.
For larger scale installations involving the coordination of hundreds or thousands of windows such as on the façade of an office building, the Revolution Falcon series of “in-window” controllers, supporting state-of-the-art “wireless mesh control networking” and a Master Building Control System provides manual and autonomous window control functionality. This second generation controller is also available in versions for residential, commercial, atrium, and other specialty projects.

We have brought together our best engineers from former organizations to design, build and support a line of electronic products that will allow SPD-Smart glass and plastic products to operate in a variety of products from residential homes to skyscrapers, as well as in automobiles, airplanes and marine vehicles. Our focus is SPD electronics and our goal is to continually maintain and expand our expertise in operating products based upon this state-of-the-art technology.

Revelation demo controller has a custom mode reserved in it for us to load specialized software requested by our customers. Although the standard product is perfect to give to an architectural firm so they can see SPD-film in operation and play around with it, the custom mode can be set up to support glass manufactures in insuring that every piece of glass that leaves the factory has been unit tested. The custom mode can be programmed for other variations that the particular manufacturer wishes to test as part of their QA process.
